Every time I look at this picture I think the same thing. Look how the ocean works unending. The tide comes and goes and who commands it to do so?? If God desires to keep the vast oceans in order, surely He will continue to heal and renew your body. Give Him Praise, Honor, and Glory!!!! GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD!!!!!

Scott, We graduated today and when we were asked to think of those who were not with us, I couldn't help but think of you. It's hard to believe that the past six months, the rest of senior year, have passed while you are still in Maine. Your friends all miss you here at Georgetown and we are always sharing updates about you and the amazing progress you've been making. Jonny and I can't wait to visit you next week--to hear you talking and see all that progress for ourselves..... all the best see you SOON! Maggie

Scott, I am sorry this comes so late, as I have obviously been out of the life loop. All I can say, is I cant wait until you are better. Meeting you for the first time on our camping trip was a blessing. Although I dont remember where we got the name Sponge from...maybe someday you can fill me in, maybe you can also help me figure out why Annie and Amber were calling me Shaniqua!? Plus..I still dig the cocoon sleeping bag, I really thought we lost you that night...little did I know you were right in front of my face... Keep your head up and keep on pushing...there is a plethora of family, love ones, and friends praying for you. Take care hun, and Intense in Tents shall rise again!

Professor Borelli ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ): Keeping you in mind and prayer

Scott, I have kept you in mind and prayer these past five months since your accident. The class (Yoga and Meditation) was notified at our first meeting after Thanksgiving break, and I kept everyone informed of your progress up to the final class. You were a lesson for everyone, whether they knew you personally or not, and several spoke to me privately about their feelings. It is difficult to believe that a whole other term has passed. I just submitted the grades for my course this Spring and then checked your website. Keep up the recovery and best wishes.

Lori Smith Kurr ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ): Hair cut!!!!

As I look at the pictures of you on line I am amazed at how you have grown up and become such a wonderful man! I wanted to share a memory I have of you and see if your mom remembers it!!!I have pics of you having your very first haircut at Mary Fowles home and I think your brother was there as well. Your face looked abit scared but glad to be having it done a little. I hope you know prayers are being said for you by tons of people each day and I'm so glad to hear of your progress. My husband has had to say to me at different times when I feel as though I have something before me that looks SO BIG; "How do YOu eat and elephant, One bite at a time" So on days when progress is slow know that you are needing only to go one step at a time!!!With Love and Prayers, Lori

Raylene ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ): Keep On Keepin' On

Scott, I had a nice chat with your mom this week and we talked about having faith in what God can do and not letting people discourage us from that faith. When I read about your determined effort to communicate with your mom I felt as if it was another answer to our prayers for your healing. The road seems to be long and winding for this particular journey. Keep on keepin' on for the Lord - that He might be glorified in all of this. There are so many folks who need the kind of faith your mom has! We continue to uphold you and your family daily in our prayers!

God is on Your side, and You are Loved!..cilla

Aubrey: Every day!

Hey Scott, I'm so glad I got to see you the other week. Even though I hadn't been able to see you until then, I could tell that you had progressed so much. I'm not surprised. I have always known you as being one of the strongest people I have ever met, and that has certainly not changed. You are in my thoughts and prayers every day, and I'm so excited to hear that you're even better than when I saw you! Keep it going! Love, Aubrey
